REAL SUPPORT

How it works

Worn, not held

Three steps, no setup.

  1. 01

    Clip it on

The larger rear clip grips a belt or waistband. The smaller front clips hold a shirt edge or a backpack strap.

  2. 02

    Choose a speed

One button cycles three speeds, so you set the airflow you actually want rather than all or nothing.

  3. 03

    Keep moving

Air runs up across your body while both hands stay free. Recharge it over USB when it runs down.

In use

See it running

Clipped to a waistband in a couple of seconds, then left to run. The shirt lifting at the end is the airflow — no editing, no overlay.

Four ways to wear it

Wherever summer takes you

Clip it where it suits the job — the belt on a site, a backpack strap on a trail, a shirt edge at a desk.

Honest comparison

Where Flow helps, and where it doesn't

A desk fan moves far more air than anything you can clip to a belt. This is the straight version, so you can decide before you buy rather than after.

Characteristic VORAIR Flow Handheld fan Desk fan No fan
Leaves your hands free Yes, clipped on No, you hold it Yes, but it stays put —
Moves with you Yes Yes, in your hand No, stays on the desk No

Speed settings Three Varies Varies —
Cools a whole room No No Partly No
Works away from the house Yes Yes No —

VORAIR Flow cools the person, not the room. It moves air across your skin so sweat evaporates faster — it does not lower the air temperature, and it is not a substitute for shade, rest or water on a hot day.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How do I wear it?

Four ways. The larger clip at the back grips a belt or waistband; the smaller front clips hold the edge of a shirt or a backpack strap; and it is small enough to simply hold and aim.

How is it powered and charged?

A 4500 mAh battery is built in, and it charges over USB. A USB cable is not included in the box — it charges from any standard USB cable and adapter you already own.

How long does it run on a charge?

About 4 hours in heavy use, and 8 to 10 hours in normal use. Which you get depends on which of the three speeds you run it at — the highest speed draws the most from the 4500 mAh battery.

How many speeds does it have, and how loud is it?

Three speeds from a single button. The manufacturer rates it at 36–45 dB depending on the speed — roughly the range between a quiet room and a soft conversation.

How big is it, and what's in the box?

91 × 73 × 92.5 mm — about the size of a small camera. The box contains one VORAIR Flow fan and nothing else.

Can I use it in the rain, or while it charges?

It is not rated as waterproof, so keep it out of rain and away from wet work. The manufacturer does not state whether it can run while charging, so we cannot confirm that either way.
